Închirieri Scule Auto - Daily Rental Platform for Automotive Tools
inchirierisculeauto.ro rents out engine timing locking kits (belt and chain) and tools for DSG and ZF gearboxes and clutches, delivered by courier anywhere in Romania. Mechanics and enthusiasts pay only for the days they use the tool, instead of buying an expensive kit for a single job. We built the entire booking platform, from search to return.
Key Features
- Search by OEM code, engine or car - free-text search (for example T10050, K9K, N47) and a make, model and engine selector covering 24 car brands
- Availability calendar - customers see the free days for each tool and choose their first day of use
- Daily prices with discounts - the daily rate drops for rentals of 3+ and 7+ days, and the replacement value is shown for every tool
- Online payment and refundable deposit - the rental days, shipping and deposit are paid by card, and the deposit is held on the card and released in full once the tool has been checked
- Courier delivery and return - dispatch one day ahead, a tracking number and return reminders
- SMS, email and WhatsApp notifications - booking confirmation, delivery and return
- Invoicing for individuals or companies - the company tax ID is entered at checkout and the invoice arrives by email
- Requests for missing tools - customers send the engine or tool code, and the catalogue grows based on these requests
About the Project
A rental platform needs more than a regular online store: each tool has its own calendar, a deposit to manage and a return to track. We built the full flow and explained the steps clearly on the site: choose the tool and the dates, book and pay online, receive it by courier and send it back.
The design is direct and technical, in black and red, with search always in view, because mechanics usually arrive with an OEM or engine code already in mind.
Technologies Used
- Custom PHP platform with a booking calendar and deposit management
- Online payments via Stripe
- Frontend with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, images in WebP
- Schema.org structured data, including site search for Google and FAQs
- A strict Content Security Policy and strictly necessary cookies only
Results
inchirierisculeauto.ro turns a stock of specialist tools into a nationwide service: customers find the tool by engine code, book it online and receive it the next day by courier.
