About the project
Centrul Genei is a medical genetics and endocrinology clinic in Cluj-Napoca, with over 20 years of experience in precision medicine, genetic testing and personalised longevity plans. The project included the complete development of the digital presence - both the patient-oriented public website and a comprehensive administration panel for the clinic's internal management.
The objective was to create a digital ecosystem that reflects the professionalism and innovation of the clinic, while simplifying the daily operations of the medical team.
Public website
- Modern and professional design - premium colour palette (dark tones with elegant accents), clear typography, airy layout that conveys trust and medical expertise
- Hero section with video - visually impactful presentation of the clinic and its services
- Structured service presentation - three service packages (Basic, Extended, Segmented) with detailed descriptions of genetic and endocrinological consultations

Administration panel (Admin CMS)
We have developed a comprehensive management system, built from scratch in PHP, tailored to the specific needs of a medical clinic:
- Dashboard - real-time statistics: daily appointments, new patients, recent visits, performance indicators
- Appointment management - interactive calendar, creating and editing appointments, automated notifications, statuses (confirmed, cancelled, completed)
- Patient records - a complete database with medical history, contact details, clinical notes and attached documents
- Visit log - records of all visits with details of consultations, procedures performed and observations
- User management - accounts for doctors and administrative staff, with differentiated roles and permissions
- Reports - generation of activity reports: appointments over periods, patient statistics, revenue, occupancy
- Internal documentation - dedicated section for clinic protocols and procedures
- Working schedule - flexible configuration of doctors' schedules and availability by day/hour
- Settings - general configuration: clinic data, notifications, integrations, customisation
